Serves: 8
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Mix all ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3 or 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 inches.
3. Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of loaf. Bake uncovered about 1 hour 30 minutes or until thermometer reads 170°.
4. Let stand 5 minutes remove from pan.
