Serves: 4
1. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray heat over medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with seasoned salt. Cook pork in skillet 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until brown. Remove pork from skillet.
2. Add butter, carrots, onion and celery to skillet. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes.
3. Mix broth and flour until smooth. Stir broth mixture, ketchup, sherry and thyme into vegetable mixture. Cook uncovered about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in pork. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center. Serve with noodles.
