Serves: 6
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Cut ribs into serving pieces. Place meaty sides up in shallow roasting pan.
3. Mix remaining ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Brush pork generously with some of the marmalade mixture.
4. Cover and bake 1 hour. Brush with marmalade mixture. Cover and bake 15 to 30 minutes longer or until pork is tender.
5. Heat remaining marmalade mixture to boiling. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve with pork.
