Serves: 4
1. Cook beef, onion and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown drain.
2. Stir soup, mushrooms and salt into beef. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes reduce heat to low.
3. Stir in sour cream heat until hot. Serve over noodles.
