1. Prepare any "Chow Mein or Lo Mein Mixture" leave it in the pan. Then add 1/4 cup stock and heat.
2. Arrange the parboiled noodles (from the Edit Tap, click to open recipe and follow instructions) over the top of the stir-fried mixture. Cover pan and cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
3. Sprinkle the noodles with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons of either soy or oyster sauce then blend in well and serve.
