Brown hens in oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange potato slices in a slow cooker; top with hens and bacon. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and garlic powder. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken juices run clear and potatoes are tender. Garnish with parsley.
