Spray a 13"x9" baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Place half the cabbage into pan; top with half the onion. Spread soup over onion; repeat layers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
When it’s time to make ice cubes, freeze mini candy canes along with the water...they look very merry floating in a punch bowl or glass of orange juice!
