The Juiciest Turkey Breast


Serves: 8

Ingredients

5 1/2 pounds turkey breast, thawed
4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water

Directions:

Place turkey breast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasonings and tent with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove foil and add water to pan. Continue baking for an additional 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Baste occasionally with pan juices. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before carving.


For the quickest bite-size treats, arrange round pretzels on a baking sheet; place a chocolate drop in the center of each. Bake one to 2 minutes in a 350-degree oven, remove from oven and place a candy-coated chocolate in the center of each. Refrigerate until chilled. Yummy!
