Boil cranberries in water until berries pop. Strain berries, reserving juice. To reserved juice, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Keep syrup refrigerated. When ready to serve, add 1-1/2 cups water to one cup syrup and heat through.
Fill a milk bottle almost to the top with a yummy cocoa mix, then layer on mini marshmallows to fill the jar. Secure a square of wax paper over the top with kitchen string...a sweet gift for guests to take home with them.
