Melt butter in a 13"x9" baking pan; tilt to coat bottom and set aside. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, flour, salt and baking powder; mix well. Stir in cheese, broccoli and onion; spoon into pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until set, 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
Tip: Steamy hot baked potatoes…almost a meal in themselves! Scrub potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Rub with olive oil and roll lightly in coarse salt for yummy skins. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees, placing potatoes on middle oven rack and turning over once. Scrumptious!
