Sour Cream Donuts

Serves: 5

   3 eggs, beaten
   1 teaspoon baking powder
   1 teaspoon baking soda
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1 teaspoon nutmeg
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   2 cups heavy sour cream
   4 cups flour

Roll out dough on floured board. Cut with floured doughnut cutter. The dough will be soft. Fry in hot fat at about 425 degrees.
