1 16-ounce can beets, diced
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar wine
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 green onion, minced
1 dash cayenne pepper
Heat beets; drain off liquid. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into beets. Heat slowly. When hot, serve immediately.
