1/2 pound broccoli cooked
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup onions chopped
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup round buttery crackers, crushed
1/4 cup margarine melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coarsely chop broccoli. Mix mayonnaise and soup together; add evaporated milk and stir till blended. Add chopped onion, eggs, cheese, and broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and margarine together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
