3 turnips
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons parsley snipped
1 teaspoon green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Peel and cut turnips into 2-inch strips, julienne style. Cook in small amount of salted water till tender, about 10 minutes. Drain. Add butter, parsley, onion, and lemon juice. Toss.
