Press dough into pans. Prick with a fork. Wrap in plastic wrap, then wrap in foil and freeze up to 3 months. To use, unwrap and place in a preheated 400° oven on a hot baking sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. Layer with desired toppings and complete baking as directed in individual recipes.
