Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cake mix, egg, and butter together in bowl. (Mixture will be very stiff.) Spread mixture evenly in pan. Top with layers of chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts sprinkled evenly over mixture. Pour condensed milk over all, as evenly as possible. Bake 30–35 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
