Serves: 5
Cut puff pastry sheets into 16 squares. Spread 1/2 teaspoon jelly on each square. Cut brie into 32 chunks, placing a cube on one side of each square; fold over opposite edge, using fork to seal completely. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400° for 10–13 minutes or until golden brown.
Editor's Extra: Good with plum or apricot preserves, too.
Fun Fact: Think about how your oven will be used. Unless you have two ovens, avoid selecting several recipes that must cook at the same time, each with a different oven temperature. Utilize electrical appliances such as a toaster oven, skillet, grill, roaster, or crockpot. There’s more than one way to cook just about anything.
