Unroll crescents onto baking pan, and press firmly to seal perforations. Cut cheese horizontally into 2 equal layers. Place bottom half of cheese on center of crescent rectangle; spread jelly over cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro. Top with remaining cheese. Gather dough evenly around cheese and over top; twist to form bow. Brush dough with beaten egg. Bake at 350° for 20–25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving. To serve, arrange fruit around Brie.
