Heat oven to 400°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Spoon 2 teaspoons cheese per crisp onto paper; pat into 2-inch circles. Bake 6–8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove to wire rack. Cool 5 minutes.
Mix avocado, lime juice, and garlic; mash avocado and mix with ingredients. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon avocado mixture on each cheese crisp; top with 1?2 tea- spoon each sour cream and salsa.
