2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, room temperature
1 (8-ounce) tub cream cheese with chives, room temperature
1/4 cup dry white wine or apple juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 cup finely chopped dried beef

Mix Cheddar, cream cheese, wine, and horseradish in mixer. Cover and chill 2 hours. Shape into log. Roll log in chopped beef. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate. Serve with any crackers.

Fun Fact: If you make a dish to take to the party ahead of time and put it in the frig, you surely don’t want to get to the party and realize your dish is still in the frig! Here’s a sure-fire way to remember it: Put your car keys in the refrigerator on top of the dish. Can’t leave home without it!
