1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, carrot, broccoli, taco seasoning and milk on medium speed of electric mixer until combined. Shape into ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
2. Unwrap cheese ball. Gently press KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal on top and back for hair. Use olive slices for eyes, cucumber slices for eyebrows, yellow pepper wedges for ears, broccoli floret for nose and red pepper slice for mouth. Serve with KEEBLER TOASTEDS WHEAT crackers.
