Melt chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in top of double boiler over low heat. Stir occasionally. Cool.
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold into cooled chocolate mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to one week. For each serving, place 1/4 cup chocolate mixture in a large coffee cup or mug. Fill with hot brewed coffee. Stir and serve immediately.
