In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon from skillet. Add onion to drippings in skillet; sauté until tender. Combine bacon, onion and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 7 hours.
