Almost-Fried Chicken

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

Add oil to a 13"x9" baking pan; tilt to coat and set aside. In a large plastic zipping bag, combine remaining ingredients except chicken; shake to mix. Add chicken to bag; shake until coated. Arrange chicken in pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, turning several times, until golden and chicken juices run clear.
