Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on an ungreased, aluminum foil-lined large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil sparingly over wings; season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl; drizzle mixture over wings. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; turn wings over, one at a time. Return to oven and bake for another 25 minutes, or until wings have turned a beautiful dark caramel color. Watch closely toward the end of baking time to avoid burning.
Tip: Feeding a crowd? Serve festive Mexican, Italian or Chinese-style dishes that everybody loves. They usually feature rice or pasta, so they’re filling yet budget-friendly. The theme makes it a snap to put together the menu and table decorations too.
