Arrange frozen dinner rolls in a greased 13"x9" baking pan, making rows of 4 rolls by 6 rolls. In a small bowl, stir together dry pudding mix, sugars and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle pecans on top. Drizzle melted butter evenly over rolls. Tent rolls with aluminum foil; seal around the edges. Place pan in a cold oven and allow to rise for 8 hours to overnight. Remove pan from oven; preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden. To serve, let stand for a few minutes, then run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen. Invert pan onto a baking sheet.
Tip: We all love breakfast foods, but it seems like there’s never time to linger over them in the morning. Enjoy an unhurried breakfast with your family...at dinnertime! A simple omelet or frittata is perfect. Just add a basket of muffins, fresh fruit and a steamy pot of tea. Relax and enjoy!
