Place ribs in a very large plastic zipping bag. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl; pour over ribs. Seal bag; turn gently to coat ribs with marinade. Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight, turning bag several times. Drain; reserve and refrigerate marinade. Place ribs in a lightly greased shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Uncover; brush reserved marinade over ribs, discarding any remaining marinade. Bake, uncovered, an additional 30 minutes, or until tender.
