Whisk milk and egg together in a small bowl. Place bread crumbs and salt in a separate small bowl. Dip ravioli into milk mixture; roll in crumbs to coat. Pour 2 inches of oil into a large heavy saucepan. Heat oil to 375 degrees, until a cube of bread sizzles and turns brown. Add ravioli a few at a time, frying for one minute on each side, or until golden. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with sauce for dipping.
