Garlic Dip

Ingredients

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried, minced onion
1/4 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 Optional: paprika
1 assorted vegetables such as carrot sticks, celery stalks, snow peas, red pepper slices, green onions

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, seasonings and chopped vegetables, blending well. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired; cover and chill. Let stand at room temperature for one hour before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables for dipping.
