Combine cracker crumbs and butter; press into an ungreased 9" or 10" springform pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes; remove from oven. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients except crackers, folding vegetables well into batter. Pour into baked crust; bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Turn oven off; cool in oven for one hour before refrigerating. At serving time, remove outer ring of springform pan. Serve with crackers.
