Broccoli Puff Casserole

Ingredients

2 bunches broccoli, cut into spears
2 egg whites, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Cook and drain broccoli spears. Put in lightly greased broiler-proof serving dish or pan. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form. Fold in cheese and mayonnaise; spoon evenly over broccoli. Broil 6 inches from heat for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
