Sweet Potato Praline Casserole

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes, baked
1 stick butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Peel sweet potatoes while still very warm, almost hot. Mash with butter in large mixing bowl. Add brown sugar and eggs, and mix well. Pour into a greased 2- quart baking dish, and top with pecans. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
