Crunchy Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
3 baking potatoes, peeled, sliced
3/4 cup corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

Directions:

Melt butter in an 8x8-inch baking pan at 375°. Add sliced potatoes, turning in butter to coat. Mix remaining ingredients together, and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes, or until fork- tender.
