Scrub but don’t peel potatoes. Cut into 3?8-inch slices. Arrange potato slices in a microwave-safe baking dish, putting smaller slices in the middle. Distribute green onions and green pepper. Cover and cook on HIGH 7–10 minutes or until tender, turning dish during cooking. Drizzle taco sauce over slices, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cook, uncovered, 45 seconds more or until cheese is melted.
