Mix rice, soup and water; place in a lightly greased 8"x8" baking pan. Dot with butter, salt and pepper; arrange chicken on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, until chicken is tender.
Tip: Sprinkle chopped herbs around the edge of dinner plates to make a scrumptious meal look even yummier.
