Place roast in the center of a length of aluminum foil; sprinkle with soup mix. Pour soup over the top; bring edges of the foil together. Seal well and place in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, or until meat is tender.
Tip: Relax and serve your next dinner party family-style. Guests will enjoy helping themselves from large platters set right on the table. Pass the gravy, please!
