Combine browned meat, soups, chiles, salt and pepper. In a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling, about 30 minutes.
Tip: For nifty placecard holders, simply make a small slice in seasonal whole fruits or veggies…apples, peaches, peppers or mini pumpkins. Write guests' names on cards and insert into the slits.
