Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. In a clear glass 13"x9" baking pan, layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and green onion. Pour dressing evenly over top; sprinkle with bacon.
Tip: It's easy to make fresh croutons for salads and soups! Toss bread cubes with olive oil and dried herbs or garlic powder as you like. Toast on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, until golden.
