Dip cube steak in buttermilk and then coat with flour. Dip floured steak into eggs beat with milk, then coat with bread crumbs.
Tightly pack bread crumbs onto steak. Fry on griddle with cooking oil until no longer pink inside.
Serve with mashed potatoes and country gravy.
