1. Bone chicken, leaving its skin and natural shape intact (see HOW-TO, _Chicken: To bone).
2. Shell and mince lobster. Bone and mince pike. Mince smoked ham. Then combine with salt and pepper.
3. Stuff chicken with mixture then sew up securely or skewer. Place in a large heatproof bowl. Steam until done (about 2 hours). See HOW-TO, _Steaming.
