Preheat oven to 400°. Place English muffin halves, cut-side up, on an ungreased baking sheet.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese on each English muffin half, spreading to outer edges. Place ham in a small bowl and with a fork, break into small pieces. Spoon evenly on each muffin half. Lightly sprinkle oregano and seasoned pepper over the ham. Top each with olives and pimientos. Sprinkle feta cheese, then parsley over the top, lightly pressing down with your fingers. (If desired, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 hours before baking.)
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until heated through. (Cheese will soften slightly, but will not melt.) With a sharp knife, cut each muffin half into 2 or 4 pieces.
Serve hot or warm on a tray and garnish with lemon and parsley if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
