Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease a 14 x 10-inch baking sheet or a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Stretch pizza dough to cover baking sheet or jelly roll pan. Prick dough with a fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Cool baking sheet on a wire rack.
Cut cream cheese into chunks. Place in a blender container. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and dressing mix. Cover and blend with on-off bursts until smooth. Spread over baked pizza crust. Sprinkle vegetables including carrot, green onions, and olives over the top, pressing lightly into the cream cheese mixture. Cover with foil and chill 4 to 24 hours.
Just before serving, uncover. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. With a sharp knife, cut into 2-inch squares. Transfer to a serving plate or tray. Garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired.
