Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease a 14 x 10-inch baking sheet.
Stretch pizza dough into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle and place on baking sheet. Prick dough with a fork. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Place baking sheet on a wire rack.
Brush olive oil over warm crust. Break or cut crust into 30 irregular shapes, about 2 1/2 -inches each. In a small bowl, toss mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with garlic salt. Sprinkle evenly over pieces of crust.
Just before serving, broil the desired number of pieces until cheese melts. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
*For a less salty snack, use 1/16 teaspoon garlic or onion powder in place of the garlic or onion salt.
To heat marinara sauce, place sauce in a 2-cup microwavable bowl or serving dish cover with waxed paper. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until hot, stirring once. Transfer to a serving dish. Use as a dipping sauce.
