Stir together soups, salsa, olives, water, and onion in a deep 1 1/2-quart microwavable dish. Cover and microwave at 100% power (700 watts) 5 to 6 minutes until hot, stirring every 2 minutes.
Transfer to a small slow cooker and keep hot on low setting. Serve with chips.
NOTE: If desired, serve from microwave dish. Wrap outside of container in colorful cloth napkin or linen towel to retain heat and place in a basket. Reheat in microwave if needed.
