9 slices white bread
1 cup crab meat, flaked
1 onion grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
9 olives sliced
36 sprigs parsley
Remove crusts from bread slices. Combine crabmeat (may substitute with imitation crab), onion, cheese, mayonnaise, and salt. Spread on bread slices. Cut each slice into fourths, in choice of strips, squares, or triangles. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Broil till bubbly and golden. Garnish each piece with an olive slice and a sprig of parsley. Makes 36 appetizers.
