1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons carrots, shredded
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender till smooth; chill for several hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups dip. Serve with fresh vegetables.
