1 pound mushrooms
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons parsley minced
3 tablespoons green onions, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Wash and dry mushrooms. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over mushrooms. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain. Serve as appetizer, or spoon on top of salad greens and serve as a salad.
