This is very good over pancakes, French toast, and waffles. Brennan especially likes it.
1. Combine cornstarch, water, lemon juice, and mace in a small saucepan.
2. Add blueberries bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened. Stir in sweetener. Serve sauce warm over pancakes.
