1. Mash peaches with a potato masher.
2. Combine peaches with pectin, lemon juice, and mace in a deep 2-quart casserole.
3. Cover with casserole lid and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir well.
4. Cover and microwave and additional 3-4 minutes.
5. Cool for 10 minutes and stir in sweetener. Pour into freezer containers cover and freeze.
6. To serve, let jam thaw in refrigerator. Store jam in freezer up to 1 year or in refrigerator up to 1 month.
