Rinse spaghetti in cold water set aside. Combine mustard and brown sugar spread over ham slices. Sprinkle onion and green pepper evenly over ham slices lay spaghetti lengthwise down the center of each ham slice. Roll up ham secure with a toothpick. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish layer tomatoes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes sprinkle with parsley before serving.
